This coffee from Ilma Gonclaves Muniz of Fazenda Peão creates a balanced cup full of chocolate, honey and salted caramel notes. Unusual for Brazil, Ilma uses manual harvest and processing methods to maintain high quality separations. Ilma says coffee is her way of life and what she loves, and allows her to provide for her children. This lot is part of the Cafe Delas program, which was established to work with women coffee producers and invest in initiatives that promote gender equality and empower women in coffee agriculture.
